Gradens SEO is run by Gradens Technologies LLC. This page says what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed.
The free check
The free check looks up public information about the business you enter. When you use the check, we save your answers to the questions, the details you enter (your name, email, mobile number if you give one, business name, town and share link), what the check found, the time, and your IP address and browser. We use this to send you your results and to follow up with you by phone or email. We do not send text messages.
When you buy the assessment
When you buy the assessment, Stripe processes the payment and passes us your name, email, phone and business name.
The start form then saves the details you enter there to set up your assessment: your business name, town, state, links, phone, service, towns served, license number and notes.
When you become a client
We collect what we need to do the work: your business details, the contact details of the owner or the person we deal with, and access to the accounts listed in your agreement.
Data from Google
With your permission we connect to your Google Business Profile through Google's own sign in. You grant that access on a Google screen and you can remove it at any time from your Google account's security settings.
If you also allow it on the same Google screen, we read your website's Google Search Console data: the searches your site shows up for, clicks, and whether your pages are in Google. That access is read only. We never change anything in Search Console.
If you also allow it on the same Google screen, we read your website's Google Analytics data: visits, and whether taps on your phone number and sent forms are being counted. That access is read only. We never change anything in Google Analytics.
If your package includes our Google Ads check and you also allow it on the same Google screen, we read your Google Ads settings and results: where your ads show, what they cost, the calls and forms they bring, and the pages they send people to. That access is read only. We never change anything in Google Ads.
We use this access only to read and update your own listing, to read your website's search and analytics data, and to read your Google Ads account, as part of the work you have hired us for, and to report on it to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it to advertise to anyone, we do not use it to train any model, and we do not share it with anyone except the tools that run the service on our behalf. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Data from Facebook and Instagram
We read nothing from Facebook or Instagram unless you connect your business Page to us through Facebook's own sign in. You pick the Page and the permissions on a Facebook screen, and you can remove our access at any time in Facebook, under Settings, then Business integrations.
Once connected, we read your Page's name, phone number, address, hours, website and categories, so we can check they match your other listings, and the recommendations and comments people leave on your Page, so we can draft replies. We change your Page details, reply to a comment, or post to your Page or your linked Instagram account only after a person on our team has approved it. We keep the access Facebook gives us encrypted, we do not sell anything we read, we do not use it to advertise to anyone or to train any model, and we delete it when you leave or ask us to.
Sending from your business email
If you choose to connect your business email, through Google's or Microsoft's own sign in, we get permission to send email only, plus the address you connected so we can check it is the right one. We only send the outreach emails you asked us to run, each one reviewed and approved by our team before it goes, from that address. We never read, search or delete your mail, and we never see your password. You can remove this permission at any time from your Google or Microsoft account's security settings.
Tools that process data for us
- Hosting and databases, which store the records above.
- Email delivery, for sign in links and messages we send you.
- A rank tracking service.
- An AI service, which helps draft replies to your Google reviews, your Google posts, and, if you connect Facebook, replies to comments and recommendations on your Page. It receives the text being replied to.
Each of these processes data on our instructions and under its own privacy terms. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Signed in staff get a session cookie so they stay signed in.
How long we keep it
The records we create when you become a client are kept for the length of the engagement and for as long after as the law and our accounts require. When you leave, access to your Google accounts is handed back to you and our connection is removed.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@gradensseo.com and we will answer within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes that affect clients are sent to them directly.
