Case study: Easy Now Pools
They had the license and the workmanship. The marketing was full of holes.
Easy Now Pools is a licensed Florida pool contractor working across Palm Beach County, commercial and residential, on service, equipment repair and remodels. We checked the listing, the site, the directories and the reviews, wrote down every gap we found, then fixed the foundations one platform at a time. We are still on it, watching where the work comes from.

What we found.
None of this was unusual. It is what nearly every good contractor looks like online when nobody has been paid to look after it.
The jobs that pay were not turning into calls
The searches worth money in pool work, green pool cleanup, pump repair, leak detection, resurfacing, were not landing on anything built to get somebody on the phone.
The Google listing was behind the competition
Incomplete next to the pool companies they were being compared with in the map, on the parts of the profile Google actually reads.
The website was weak on search and on conversion
Not built to be found for the work they do in the towns they cover, and not built to turn a visitor into a call once they got there.
Yelp, Apple and Bing were missing or unverified
Three places a homeowner checks before they call, and the business was either not on them or not confirmed as the owner.
Facebook and corporate listings did not match
Name, address and phone written differently in different places. Google treats that as doubt about who you are and where you work.
Nobody was replying to reviews
No system for asking every customer and no system for answering what came back, good or bad.
What we did, platform by platform.
Two of these are staged and waiting on the platform to confirm the business. We say so rather than call them done.
Google Business Profile and local SEO
Foundation completeCategories, hours, posts and a review reply system, set up as the foundation for showing up in the map pack.
Website
Content and rebuild directionConversion and search copy, plus the rebuild direction, so the site supports calls and local search instead of working against them.
Yelp
Claimed and set upListing claimed and set up so the business shows correctly on a review channel homeowners actually open.
Apple Business Connect
Verification in motionBrand and Maps details staged in Apple Business Connect. Verification for the Apple Maps listing is in motion, not finished.
Bing Places
Clear verification pathListing created for Bing and Microsoft search, with a clear path to verification. Not verified yet.
Facebook
NAP cleanup donePage name, address and phone cleaned up, and the corporate and listing details brought into line with each other.
Team, so far we have had two calls today: one customer looking for a green pool cleanup. Another customer looking for a pump repair. One is located in Jupiter Farms, and the other one is in Boynton Beach.
He tells us the phones have not let up since. The business had been flat for a while before this work started. That is his account of it rather than a figure we measured, and we are reporting it the way he gave it to us.
What keeps running.
Fixing the foundations is step one. The part that compounds is staying on it: watching the leads come in, knowing which channel sent them, and moving the effort to whatever is producing booked work.
- 1
Baseline
Map where the calls and inquiries already come from, before anything changes.
- 2
Track
Capture every new lead with its source attached, as each channel goes live.
- 3
Monitor
Watch which platforms produce real jobs, not just clicks and impressions.
- 4
Tweak
Adjust the ads, the social and the listings that are winning, and stop what is not.
Alongside that, we run the Google Ads and the Facebook and Instagram side as growth support. That work is ongoing, so there are no finished ad spend results to show here.
